dual level-method as exemplified by Roche Diagnostics
Due to several mergers and acquisitions Roche as multinational company had a rather heterogeneous product range. milani’s task was to define and implement the company’s future emotional direction by means of its dual-level-method and in close collaboration with the board of directors and the executive board. Based on that strategic objective, milani created the Corporate Industrial Design Guidelines which were implemented worldwide and are still being used on a daily basis. So far the guidelines have been updated twice.
