In general, users enjoy being able to understand all necessary features of a new product or technology quickly and intuitively, and get to work without having to read through a thick manual first. It is milani's ambition to meet this challenge. In our experience, it is not the 3-D impression of a product, but the design of its GUI that really makes a difference in terms of a product's or brand's success. Consistent, intuitive controls that are fun to use are key to a positive user experience, and thus ultimately determine whether a product will be accepted or not. The same is true for manuals: animated and interactive, they come alive, and are easy to understand as well as interesting, and can thus fulfil their task.
