Product design for the new EDIZIO.liv design line
Product design for a new generation of switches, sockets and intelligent technologies
Feller AG, the leading Swiss technology partner for the electrical installation industry, wanted to develop the EDIZIO design line for the new generation of switches, sockets and smart technologies. The aim of the collaboration with Milani was to develop a modern product line in the same entry-level price segment.
In order to tailor the new design line to the needs of architects, interior designers and end consumers, Feller and Milani conducted an intensive market survey. This revealed a clear need for contemporary design, minimalism and durability.
HARMONY AND ELEGANCE IN ANY ROOM
The new Feller EDIZIO.liv line EDIZIO.liv captivates with its minimalist elegance and attention to detail. The clear, timeless design language and the subtle color palette fit perfectly into any interior. With a gently sloping inner edge, the frame seems to float weightlessly on the wall. Light is artfully reflected by the rounded, beveled corners. For the first time, the discreet Feller logo is displayed on the cover frame and as a logo pattern on the back, ensuring strong brand recognition. It stands for outstanding quality and design, made in Switzerland.
The Feller EDIZIO.liv line not only impresses with its design, but also with its functionality and improved user-friendliness. As a modular platform, EDIZIO.liv can be used universally for all switches, pushbuttons or sockets and all types of construction, such as surface-mounted and flush-mounted. All elements are intuitive to use and easy to clean. Optional LED-backlit buttons increase user-friendliness, especially for visually impaired users. The large surface area facilitates installation. The consistently detailed design of all functions is the basis for the consistent, coherent design line.
EDIZIO.liv is a Swiss product through and through. All components are developed and manufactured at the headquarters in Horgen. Made in Horgen means top Swiss quality and short distances - which in turn contributes to sustainability.
