Strategic establishment of sustainability throughout the company

SENN is a family-owned company and has been active in the development, planning and realization of real estate since 1965. Its core competence lies in the sustainable development of land and real estate through a consistent user-oriented approach and in the cost-effective realization of high-quality architecture. The company’s management has set itself the target of becoming more sustainable at both operational and project level and of taking on a leading role.

Milani has been supporting SENN’s management for a year and a half through an ongoing coaching process to strategically develop sustainability aspects within the company.

Working closely with SENN, Milani developed a sustainability strategy, identified key issues and launched internal initiatives with specific implementation measures. This included developing a net-zero strategy based on the company’s carbon footprint, creating a mobility concept for business and commuter mobility, and identifying more sustainable alternatives for construction fencing and site signage.

Ongoing development of in-house knowledge on sustainability

Milani continues to support SENN with targeted sustainability expertise and bespoke coaching. This involves providing ongoing training for both management and employees. In the long-term, this will ensure that the necessary sustainability knowledge is widely embedded across the company and that goals at operational and project level can be achieved in a cohesive way within the company.
