From brand to interior design - new corporate identity for VetTrust Veterinary Clinic
Working in close collaboration with the VetTrust team, Milani developed a new, future-oriented positioning and used this to create a cohesive corporate identity covering all customer touchpoints. The outcome of the project is a unique overall experience for everyone who works at and visits VetTrust - for four-legged and two-legged visitors alike.
The resulting corporate branding and architecture were implemented as pilot projects at the new veterinary clinic in Zürich Dietlikon and the veterinary practice in Fällanden, and will be rolled out to all other clinics and practices going forward.
Creation of an independent brand world
Milani has built an authentic and independent world around the VetTrust brand that engages everyone; customers, and partners and employees.
As a first step, Milani defined the company's DNA, its vision for the future and its new positioning. Using this as a basis, Milani then developed a corporate identity and interior design that can be adopted for the entire chain.
The clean lines of the redesigned brand logo are reflected harmoniously in the interior environment.
Milani transferred the brand identity to all key communication tools, including the company's brochure, stationery and redesigned website.
Veterinary clinic interior design and furniture concepts
Milani managed the new look of the VetTrust veterinary clinic from vision development to the interior design’s realization. This involved detailed floor plans as well as design concepts for the interior layout, furniture, lighting, ceilings and floors, and decorative elements.
As part of this new interior design, milani also created a furniture collection specifically tailored to the veterinary clinic’s needs.
