Therese Naef CEO of Milani and member of the Board of Directors of Milani and the LCG larssoncreative group. She has shaped the corporate character of Milani for more than 20 years.

Combining technology and aesthetics, empathy and crystal-clear logic, Therese finds holistic solutions for challenging projects. She has a keen sense for the needs and culture of Swiss companies. In addition to global corporations, she also works with nationally representative brands such as SBB, V-ZUG, Roche and Phonak, with a keen sense of Swissness and Swiss design.

After successfully completing a technical apprenticeship as a model maker and prototype builder for design and architecture, Therese worked for several years for various internationally renowned architects and designers. She headed the model-making department of one of Switzerland's largest architectural firms. In the course of her work, she repeatedly uncovered potential for design optimization. She then decided to bring her creative side to the next level. Therese graduated from the Zurich University of the Arts ZHDK with a diploma in design with honors.

With a strong commitment to education, Therese mentors students on their diploma theses and is frequently appointed as a jury member and invited as a speaker. She is co-author of one of the most widely read German Design Thinking manuals, published by Frankfurter Allgemeine Verlag.

Therese finds her sources of inspiration during adventurous bike trips across the globe. She is also a passionate skier and thus enjoys the tranquility of the mountains.
